Eligible Refunds:

• Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems preventing access to the course materials within the 24 hours of purchase, we will offer a full refund.
• Accidental Purchases: If you can demonstrate an accidental purchase 24 hours of purchase (e.g., wrong course bought), we will consider a full refund.

Non-refundable Situations:

• Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued simply because you no longer desire the course or find it challenging.
• Partial Course Consumption: If you have accessed more than 15% of the course content or downloaded any downloadable materials, you are not eligible for a refund.
• Streamed Courses: Once you begin streaming a course, you are not eligible for a refund due to the immediate access to the content.
